  • What happens after I purchase a service?
    After you make your purchase, go to our home page and click on the chat button on the bottom right corner. You will be connected to a technical support. You will provide your order number to the rep. You will then be able to explain what is going on with your alarm system.
  • What alarm keypads do you offer troubleshooting for?
    We offer support for 2gig brand panels, Honeywell panels, GE/Interlogix panels and Dsc Neo panels. If you are in need of help and you have a different alarm system than what we service. You can still make a purchase and we will do our best to assist. There is no refunds for our service. Remote service calls generally run $50-$75. So take advantage of the services we offer!
  • How can I get professional monitoring for my alarm system?
    If you don't have a monitoring service provider, we can get you set up with a local monitoring service. Cost is $39.00 per month with no contract. If you're currently being monitored, then you would have to cancel with your current provider first.
